Housing Affordability Fund- Committed to addressing California's housing affordability crisis, C.A.R. created a fund dedicated to increasing homeownership throughout the state. The fund receives tax-deductible contributions from REALTORS®, local associations, businesses and other organizations and redistributes the funds collected as grants supporting qualifying community projects sponsored by local REALTORS®.
