The CVAR Membership department has compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers to better assist our members! The following are the most commonly asked questions. If there is a question that pertains to you that you do not see on this list please give our membership department a call.

: How do I join?
Answer: Print the application off of our website www.cvar.net, make sure that your Broker signs in the appropriate areas and then bring it in to our Association office anytime between 9am & 4pm Monday- Friday.
Question: How much does it cost to join?
Answer: Our fees are prorated monthly from January of each year. We can give you the exact cost at the beginning of each month.
Question: How much is the key to buy?
Answer: The Supra Key is leased and has an annual renewal. It’s $150.00 without insurance and $175.00 with insurance.
Question: How do I change my password?
Answer: Fax us at 909-305-2833 with the 3-letters & 3-numbers you want.
Question: How do I change my phone numbers/e-mail in the MLS?
Answer: In the MRMLS Matrix go to Add/Edit, Rosters Quick Modify, put in your public ID# (example: ABC123) click Modify, and then change your contact information.
Question: My WINForms is not working. Why?
Answer: Contact Ed in Tech Support. If he is unavailable you can contact Albert Tran at C.A.R. WINForms Support, 213-739-8235.
Question: How do I change a listing?
Answer: Print out the listing and fax it over to 909-305-2833 with the specific changes you would like to be made.
Question: My key is not working. What do I do?
Answer: Contact the Support number on the back of the key.
Question: My key says expired, what do I do now?
Answer: Contact the Support number on the back of the key.
Question: What does error code ? mean on my key?
Answer: Contact the Support number on the back of the key.
