REALTORS® be aware that a Florida based phone center is placing listings above the non-profit Consumer Credit Counseling Service information. They are doing this with listings in which the buyer is required to attend some type of credit counseling. 

The agency in question uses the name Consumer Credit Counseling, dropping the "Service" at the end. The agency in question is not a HUD approved agency.
