2009 C.A.R. Director Criteria
The following criteria must be met in order to submit an application for a California Association of REALTORS® Director position representing the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®:
1. Must be a primary C.V.A.R. REALTOR® member in good standing
2. Must have served on a committee/task force as a committee chair or as a C.V.A.R. Director within the last year
3. Must be active in real estate or related business (primary source of income)
4. Any member who has applied for or plans to apply for a C.A.R. Committee Chair or Vice Chair position must submit a C.A.R. Director application in order to be considered for funding
Director Responsibilities
Any member appointed as a C.A.R. Director must fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Must attend pre-C.A.R. Director Meetings within Region 16
2. Must attend all C.A.R. Director Meetings within the calendar year (this includes attending all assigned committee meetings, Regional Caucus Meetings and both Board of Director sessions)
3. Committee Members and Regional Representatives must submit written reports to the association office no later than 30 days following each C.A.R. Director Meeting
