I have been a member of CVAR and Azusa/Glendora Associations since 1984. From 1984 to 1997 I was a REALTOR®/Broker Associate Member. From 1997 to present, I have been a broker/Owner member. My past service has been a past BOD of Azusa/Glendora AOR, member of and chair several times of MLS/Caravan Committee, past and most recently member of Budget & Finance Committee, present member of LGR, past member of Scholarship Committee, member and chair for Grievance, Professional Standards, helped develop years ago first video caravan and participated in many minor roles over the years. My choice to hold this office is three fold. First, I believe our Association and with its membership is a quality organization. Many knowledgeable members and staff have guided our ship through many troubled waters with beautiful results. It would be an honor to serve next to these members. Second, I believe as a member we all need to play a part in taking over some of the tasks that are necessary to keep our organization at high quality. I believe the time has come that I should take a larger part in doing what I can to help. I have been taking minor roles with the Association for the last 12 years while building a company. I am now in a position to be able to spend some extra time to take a more active part in guiding and building our association. Finally, I believe that with my experience as an Agent and a Broker over the past 27 years I can bring a unique combined perspective on issues that the Association might face. It would be an honor to be representing CVAR as a Director. I have 14 years experience as an agent plus 12 years experience as a Broker, College Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. Presently, I am a member of Budget & Finance, MLS, Professional Standards and Local Government Relations to prepare me for issues that may be required as a Director.
