My name is James Baiseri. I’m 35 years old and have been a full time REALTOR® since August 2004. I’m Husband to Andrea and Father to four children; Austin (17), Greysen (10), Charlotte (5), and Hazel (1). I have served as the Co-Chair for the Commercial Alliance Committee in 2010; and currently serve as Co-Chair for the same committee this year as well. I’ve been with my broker RE/MAX Masters since 2006 and have been a consistent producer each year. I’ve earned the RE/MAX 100% Club sales production award in 2008, 2009, and 2010. My primary production of sales has been with residential, but do consistently close commercial and investment transactions every year since being licensed.
One of the primary reasons for serving on the Commercial Alliance Committee has been to communicate the message to our REALTOR® association at large that, it is your ethical responsibility as a REALTOR®, to engage in transactions that are within the realms of your real estate experience. I have been partnering on all of my commercial real estate transactions with Paul Sylvester a CCIM and fellow agent at RE/MAX Masters since 2007. Although much of the skills necessary to engage in commercial real estate I now possess, the majority of my clientele is still residential and therefore mandates more of my attention.
