With 24 years as a REALTOR® and Broker, I have seen many of the Real Estate cycles. I understand the market from that long-term perspective. I want to utilize this knowledge to continue to serve the Real Estate Community. At a time when we have many changes in our industry and within our Association, we need the experience as well as the knowledge I have gained through the opportunities you, the members have given me to serve as your Past President, Director, Regional Chair as well as serving on many of our committees as a member and chair. It is my desire that this experience and knowledge can be used to the benefit of our CVAR members. Due to my longevity in the profession, I am acutely sensitive to the needs of our members from both a financial and a professional standpoint. I want to make certain that they have value for their dues dollars and make every dollar count!

Our Association is one of the most respected AOR's by both CAR and NAR. With my strong involvement with both CAR and NAR I will further that respect by using my influence to continue to make CVAR a force within both CAR and NAR. As an NAR Federal Political Coordinator to Congress member Judy Chu, and a CAR Key Contact to Senator Gloria Romero and Assemblymember Ed Hernandez, I can continue to ensure that many costly mandates from the Federal and State Governments are defeated before they hit the checkbooks of our members. As a CVAR Director, I will remain open and available to all of our members answering their questions and concerns. I continue to thank all of you for giving me the opportunity to serve you and our association.
