I am a Native Californian. I grew up in Baldwin Park and graduated from Baldwin Park High School. I attended CSULA with a major in Civil Engineering. I am retired from the City of Industry in the position of Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency. I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1991. My involvement with the Association includes 2006 Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® President, 2007 Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® Realtor-of-the-Year, 2010 CVAR Board of Directors, 2010 CVAR Treasurer and 2010 CAR Director. Some of my other involvements include Vice President of RiverBeach H.O.A. and volunteer in Policing for the City of Seal Beach Police Department. I am married to my wife Kathy, we have five grown children and three grand children. My hobbies include playing golf and working on our 1955 Chevy Bel Air.
