I have been a Broker/REALTOR® since 2001 and involved with the real estate industry most of my life. This industry has been great to me and has provided me with a wide array of opportunities. My experience has ranged from working as a mortgage banker, real estate developer, a commercial real estate broker, and also as a very proud REALTOR®. Furthermore, by having a career in real estate with flexible hours allowed me to go back to school and receive my Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. I am very pro-education and feel that education on all levels, whether it is professional or academic should be constantly pursued and always available. My commitment to education comes from my Mother, who has been in public school education for over 40 years. Currently in the evenings I am adjunct professor at Cal Poly Pomona teaching undergraduate students Real Estate Fundamentals.
Additionally, I am very proud to call myself a REALTOR® and to be a member of the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS®. At the Association I have been, and continue to be a committee member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and the Commercial Real Estate Committee, as well as, the chair of the CVAR Scholarship Committee. My wife, Vianey Ojeda is also a REALTOR® and my business partner at our boutique brokerage, Hanover Properties. My daughter, Alicia attends St. Lucy’s High School and is about to finish up her sophomore year. My father was a real estate investor, land developer and a REALTOR® as well, so you can say real estate is in my blood. It is all I have ever known and what drives me to keep our industry healthy and successful for many years to come.
Our industry has allowed me to form amazing relationships, exposed me to countless opportunities and I want every member of our Association and REALTOR® for that matter to experience what I have and more going forward. Thank you!
