All Computer Lab Classes (except WINForms) REQUIRE registration at least 24 hours in advance. You can register any one of three ways;

1. email Ed Smith at ed@cvar.net
   
2. call Ed Smith at CVAR (909) 305-2827 (You have to speak to Ed personally to register)
3. print the form below and fax it to Ed Smith at (909) 305-2833

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24hrs in advance.  Classes are on a first come, first served basis with a limited number of seats available per class.  Please register early to secure a seat.
