BOARD OF DIRECTOR CANDIDATES

Diana Baylor

Remax Masters

Diana is a second-generation Realtor. Her father and mother founded The Quiroga Team in 1995 at RE/MAX Masters in Covina, where they worked together as the “top team” in the San Gabriel Valley. In 2010, Diana stepped away from her career in Public Relations for Real Estate. For the past 14 years, Diana has continued their legacy which has opened pathways to do more for the surrounding Foothill communities. Her previous career experience allows her to build relationships beyond her clients or real estate partners. She believes in the importance of working together “as a team” in any environment. Her interest in leadership began when the Women’s Council of Realtors, Foothill West chapter, organized and invited her to participate as a charter member. On the local level, Diana’s passion for advocacy has allowed her to serve as a member of Housing Element Subhousing Committee for the city of San Dimas, the Glendora Chamber of Commerce “Women of Business” network, and her alma mater, as a charter member for the St. Lucy’s Priory High School Alumnae Association. When Diana is not helping her sellers and buyers achieve their homeownership goals, she also dedicates her efforts to Citrus Valley Association of Realtors. In past years, Diana served on the Grievance Committee, and is currently serving on the Legislative Action Committee where she promotes the importance of preserving homeownership.

ANGELINA SAUER

Kaleo Real Estate

Hi I’m Angelina Sauer with KALEO Real Estate Company. I have lived in La Verne for 5 years now but I’m not new to the area. I graduated from San Dimas High School, and at the time I didn’t think it was a very exciting place to live but then I grew up and look where I settled my family, 1.4 miles from my childhood home! You live and you learn, right? I would like to serve on the Citrus Valley Association Board of Directors to play an active role in how our association is maintained and how it will continue to adapt to the ever-changing world around us. I first got involved at CVAR by joining the Grievance Committee, then the Professional Standards and the Membership Value Committees. My involvement with these committees has shown me how much impact we can each have when we work together and I have been so impressed and inspired by those around me. Our 7300 members make us a large group of people, and I feel like that gives us responsibility not only to the community we serve but also to our fellow members. I ask for your support in a Board of Directors position and promise to be a conscientious listener, be diligent in my responsibilities, and hear the voices of those around me. Thank you.
